Here's our story
It was Spring of 2016 when Ms. Tyson, the founder and CEO of Le Elegant Macaron had tasted for the first time a French Macaron. Determined to bake them at home so that friends and family can also experience the "little bites of Heaven", she cancelled all her plans that following weekend and begin jotting down a list of ingredients and tools she would need to complete the task.
Well, unbeknownst to her, these little treats were anything but easy to bake. That special weekend turned into months of obsessing over a recipe that would soon lead her to a full time culinary career, a career she had dreamed of since she was a child baking with her easy bake oven.
